What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1x20'GP container per product style. For trial orders or new clients, we can sometimes accommodate mixed container loads (e.g., 2-3 styles in one container) depending on volume and product type. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What are your payment terms?
For new clients: T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. For established clients with good payment history, flexible terms may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
What is your typical production lead time?
Standard lead time is 45-60 days after sample approval and deposit receipt. For repeat orders of existing styles, this can be reduced to 35-40 days. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. Peak season (August-October) may extend lead times by 7-14 days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Pre-production samples are provided free of charge for serious buyers (freight collect). For custom development, sample costs are typically USD 200-500 depending on complexity, refundable against the first order. Sample lead time is 7-14 days.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We support FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou (default), CIF (port of destination), and DDP for select countries. We can arrange direct shipment to overseas fulfillment centers with proper labeling and packaging guidance.
Do you offer customization and OEM/ODM?
Absolutely. We specialize in OEM/ODM. You can customize dimensions, materials, colors, hardware, packaging, and labeling. We can replicate samples you provide or develop from your sketches and reference images. For complex projects, we work with trusted design partners to assist with technical drawings.
