Founded in 2018 in Dongguan, China, NestForm Furniture Co., Ltd. is a dedicated furniture workshop specializing in residential and hospitality furniture for export markets. We operate a 500 m² production facility with 2 production lines and 20 skilled craftsmen.

Our workshop includes solid wood milling, a compact upholstery station, metal fabrication, and a dedicated quality inspection area. We work directly with small retailers, e-commerce brands, boutique hotels, and independent designers.

We are a hands-on workshop where every piece is built and finished on-site, giving us close control over quality and customization. This direct-from-factory model is why our clients have stayed with us for an average of 4 years.

Company Milestones

2018

Company Founded

NestForm established in Dongguan with an 800 m² workshop focused on solid wood dining furniture for the local market.

2020

First Export Order to USA

Shipped first 1x20'GP container to a small California furniture retailer, marking our entry into North American markets.

2022

Workshop Expansion

Moved to current 500 m² facility in Dongguan Manufacturing Park. Added upholstery station and expanded team to 20 craftsmen.

2023

European Market Entry

Began direct exports to the UK and Germany. Built partnerships with sustainable wood suppliers to ensure responsible sourcing.

80th Container Shipped

Reached cumulative export of 80+ containers. Active client base of 35+ buyers across 12 countries.

Incoming Material

Wood moisture, veneer grade, hardware, fabric, and foam density verified against specs before entering production.

In-Process

Dimensional checks at cutting, joinery, and assembly stages. Defective pieces rejected immediately.

Pre-Assembly

Surface finish, color match, and structural integrity verified before final assembly and packaging.

Finished Goods

100% visual inspection of every unit. Functional tests on moving parts, drawers, and hinges.

Pre-Shipment

Random sampling per AQL 2.5. Carton drop test and container loading supervision included.
